Use when creating or maintaining nodes in an OKF bundle with okfctl — scaffolding concept nodes, applying type templates, running the bundle lifecycle, and keeping the reserved index.md and log.md files current.

Use when keeping an OKF bundle healthy with okfctl — running validate for spec-floor and type-template conformance, and lint for curation findings (orphans, missing cross-references, broken internal links, coverage gaps, type hygiene), including as a CI or pre-commit gate.

Use when working an okfctl migrate-plan.json — the judgment items okfctl migrate refuses to guess when upgrading a v0.1 bundle to v0.2. Covers the deterministic/judgment split, handing a plan to any agent or working it by hand, and verifying the applied migration.

Use when adding the opt-in semantic layer to an OKF bundle with okfctl — configuring an offline embedding model, building the semantic index with okfctl-search, running semantic search/related, and driving lint --semantic (similar-unlinked, no-semantic-neighbors) with the reasoning behind the calibration defaults.
