Review React Native code for screen-reader support, labels and roles, touch targets, focus order, colour contrast, and dynamic type. Use when building UI, reviewing components, or auditing a screen for accessibility.

Review and structure React Native features for folder layout, navigation, deep links, startup order, and safe area. Use when designing a new feature, reviewing structure, or isolating crashes.

Audit entry point for reviewing React Native code. Applies crash and data-loss rules on every change, and opens a focused skill only when the diff touches that concern.

Baseline React Native project conventions for structure, TypeScript, naming, file size, and hygiene. Use when setting up a project, writing new code, or reviewing for consistency.

Non-negotiable React Native crash and secret checks. Use on every change, and only on lines the diff touches.

Guide error boundaries, API failure UI, retry flows, and global handlers in React Native. Use when adding error recovery, reviewing failure states, or preventing silent failures.

Review React Native forms for validation timing, keyboard handling, error focus, and preserved dirty state. Use when building or reviewing login, signup, checkout, settings, or multi-step forms.

Review React Native localization for extracted strings, plurals, locale-aware formatting, and RTL layout. Use when adding a locale, implementing RTL, or auditing translation readiness.

Review React Native native-module, permission, and background-task work. Use when integrating platform APIs, camera, biometrics, files, or reviewing a bridge or Turbo Module boundary.

Handle push and local notifications, permission timing, tap routing, and payload privacy. Use when adding notifications, handling a tap, or reviewing background delivery.

Review React Native crash reporting, breadcrumbs, performance traces, and analytics for PII-safe production debugging. Use when adding monitoring or reviewing observability in a change.

Review React Native code for rendering performance, list virtualisation, memoisation, image handling, animations, and memory/resource cleanup. Use when a screen feels janky, before merging UI-heavy code, or when profiling.

Ship React Native release builds, store binaries, and over-the-air JavaScript updates safely. Use when cutting a release, publishing to a store, or shipping an OTA bundle.

Review React Native code for secret handling, secure storage, transport security, PII in logs, deep-link validation, input validation, and privacy compliance. Use when handling auth, payments, personal data, or before a security review.

Write a spec before building — capturing requirements, design, and tasks in order, with traceability between them. Use when starting any non-trivial feature so work is planned before code is written (Spec/Skill-Driven Development).

Review React Native data and state handling — one cache for server data, staleness, offline behaviour, network transitions, and transactions. Use when wiring up APIs, handling offline, or reviewing data flow.

One or two sentences stating what this skill covers and when to use it. Keep under 500 characters.

Guidance for testing React Native code — unit tests for logic, component tests for behaviour, E2E for critical paths, and edge-case coverage. Use when adding tests, reviewing test quality, or setting a coverage bar.

Apply colour scheme, dark mode, and theme tokens in React Native. Use when adding a theme, supporting dark mode, or replacing hardcoded colours.

Upgrade React Native, adopt the New Architecture, and keep native dependencies aligned. Use when bumping React Native, enabling the New Architecture, or updating a native module.
