Preview the output
Each demo is one recorded run: the prompt, and what the Agent built with the Skill. Compare Skills by their output before you spend tokens on a run.

Independent and open source
Harlan Wilton builds skilld in the open. The CLI and this site are both MIT on GitHub, and every change lands as a public pull request. No listing is for sale.
skills.sh
Vercel operates it. Its CLI is open source under MIT.

No more skill bloat
Run a Skill once off. Your agent reads it for one session, and skilld writes no file, no lockfile entry, and no cache.
skills.sh
skills add installs the files into your project. skills use writes them to a temporary directory.
npx skilld run anthropics/skills/pdf
# Your agent reads /pdf for this session.
git status --short
# No output. The working tree is clean.
# To keep it in every session:
npx skilld install anthropics/skills/pdf
# Adds the files and a lockfile entry.

Know what it runs
Skill behaviors flag shell commands, scripts, and network calls, with a link to each line. skilld run waits for your approval before remote code or credential reads.
skills.sh
Shows partner audit verdicts from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket, and Snyk. skilld shows the same verdicts on each Skill page.
- Runs shell commandsSKILL.md:192
- Ships scripts8 files
- Installs or runs packagesSKILL.md:235
skilld run waits for your approval:
- Runs code downloaded from the network
- Reads credential files or tokens
- Contains invisible characters

Know what it costs
A Skill page shows what each part costs in tokens: always, when used, and on demand. You see it before your agent loads anything.
skills.sh
Shows the SKILL.md with no token cost. The full file tree needs its API and a Vercel token.
- Always≈111 tokensname and description
- When used≈1.9k tokensSKILL.md
- On demand≈7.1k tokensforms.md, reference.md

No telemetry
The skilld CLI sends no telemetry or analytics. Its README says so, and the source shows it.
skills.sh
The skills CLI is MIT too. Its telemetry is on by default and sends Skill names and search queries. DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1 turns it off.

- MIT licence
- Source on GitHub
The skilld CLI sends no telemetry or analytics.

More agents
The skills CLI installs into 79 agents. The skilld CLI installs into 73, and MCP apps such as ChatGPT search skilld from the chat.
