Subscription Receipts
Payment History and Save Scope
- Confirm the service, account, review period, and business card's last four digits; never request the full card number.
- Inspect billing history and each paid receipt's actual payment method. Record the first observed business-card payment, not an inferred card-settings change date.
- Confirm whether earlier private-card payments are business-funded expenses, out of scope, or pending classification. Do not save or classify them merely because the subscription existed.
- Preview the selected transactions, document count, expense account, and destination before batch saving. For online business software, consider 通信費 under the user's established bookkeeping convention rather than forcing a category from the vendor name.
Evidence and Reconciliation
- Retrieve original receipt and invoice PDFs. Use one as the main record and the other as 補助画像; join by invoice number, currency, amount, and service period so the pair counts as one transaction.
- Read the PDF service period before choosing the filename date. If history and PDF dates differ, preserve both observations and use the documented service-period start; do not assert a timezone cause without evidence.
- Match actual paid amounts, including upgrade credits or prorations. A credit already deducted from the paid total must not also be booked as a separate refund without distinct evidence.
- Keep foreign-currency amounts explicit until the card statement establishes the JPY amount. A JPY figure beside foreign-currency tax can be tax-only, not the charge total; absence of a tax row does not prove tax exemption.
- On a PDF-text identifier mismatch, preserve the downloaded bytes and inspect rendering or another installed extractor first. Fonts may yield NULs or missing hyphens in extracted text. Do not silently replace characters to force a match, alter the original, or redownload a valid file as though retrieval failed.
Completion
Verify each saved PDF opens, its transaction identity and paid amount match, and its bytes remain unchanged after copying/renaming. Check one main memo row per transaction, supplemental rows marked non-additive, excluded periods untouched, and unresolved JPY conversion clearly labeled. Keep personal names, card digits, signed invoice URLs, and raw billing data out of reusable skill examples and logs not needed for reconciliation.
