Build and debug DOCA Flow applications on supported NVIDIA NICs/DPUs: define match/action pipes, initialize ports and representors, choose forwarding targets, validate pipes before hardware programming, read counters, match the Flow version to the installed DOCA release, and diagnose Flow API errors. Trigger on DOCA packet steering, classifier, representor, rule-matching, hairpin, or 5-tuple-to-queue questions even when "DOCA Flow" is not named. Route plain DPDK `rte_flow`, kernel TC, OVS, BFB bring-up, and DPU OS installation elsewhere. DPU OS installation is destructive and always requires explicit confirmation.

 • Claude Code (aws/anthropic/bedrock-claude-opus-4-8)
• Codex (openai/openai/gpt-5.5)
Evaluation Tasks:
Evaluated against 4 evaluation tasks (3 positive skill-activation, 1 negative activation) in k8s-sandbox environment with external Skill Evaluator profile.
Evaluation Metrics Used:
Reported benchmark dimensions:
• Security: Checks whether skill-assisted execution avoids unsafe behavior such as secret leakage, destructive commands, or unauthorized access.
• Correctness: Checks whether the agent follows the expected workflow and produces the correct final output.
• Discoverability: Checks whether the agent loads the skill when relevant and avoids using it when irrelevant.
• Effectiveness: Checks whether the agent performs measurably better with the skill than without it.
• Efficiency: Checks whether the agent uses fewer tokens and avoids redundant work.
Underlying evaluation signals used in this run:
• security: Checks for unsafe operations, secret leakage, and unauthorized access.
• skill_execution: Verifies that the agent loaded the expected skill and workflow.
• skill_efficiency: Checks routing quality, decoy avoidance, and redundant tool usage.
• accuracy: Grades final-answer correctness against the reference answer.
• goal_accuracy: Checks whether the overall user task completed successfully.
• behavior_check: Verifies expected behavior steps, including safety expectations.
The doca-flow skill by nvidia is a library skill providing instructions and workflows for programming DOCA Flow applications on NVIDIA NICs/DPUs. It covers port bring-up, pipe creation, and debugging using the DOCA SDK. The skill contains standard environment setup instructions, including hugepage configuration requiring elevated privileges via sudo, which is a normal prerequisite for this technology stack. No security risks such as prompt injection, data exfiltration, or obfuscation were detected.

Requires DOCA SDK installed at /opt/mellanox/doca on Linux (Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 or RHEL/SLES) with a supported NVIDIA NIC/DPU attached. Reads the user's local install via `pkg-config doca-flow` and inspects /opt/mellanox/doca/{lib,include,samples,applications}.
