Use this orchestration skill when a customer wants to launch or publish a Segmently web funnel, connect Stripe/Facebook/TikTok/analytics, create paywall products, ask what's left, change a setting, get article/screenshot guidance, or SHOW/DO a supported editor task. It selects evidence and offers TEACH, SHOW, CLI DO, E2E DO, or handoff. It is not the CLI/browser execution owner; for DO delegate to executeWith.skill/owningSkill companion such as segmently-cli-guide, segmently-cli-paywall-ab-rollout, segmently-cli-custom-screen-guide, segmently-cli-image-upload, segmently-cli-articles, playwright-bowser, segmently-test-kit, or claude-design.

Per-leg backend + verify (customer-safe)

How each leg is executed and how it is verified. CLI work is DELEGATED to the owning segmently-cli-* skill — name the skill and the customer-safe command; never reimplement it, never paste internal flags. The editor backend drives the customer's own project after segmently auth login (no password).

Handoff honesty

For Stripe Connect and custom domain, the customer must complete a step we cannot automate (OAuth consent; DNS records). Give the exact manual steps, then run the verify read and report the real state. Never say "done" for a handoff you did not and cannot perform.

Stripe status is not a single project-level boolean. Test/sandbox and live are separate Stripe Connect accounts. A live read returning connected: false does not mean Stripe is absent when the test read returns connected: true. Report the mode-specific state: sandbox/test connected vs live connected, and match product creation/checkouts to the same mode.

Verify honesty

A few legs have no single read that proves them outright — the sandbox test purchase (a reachable URL does not prove a card was charged) and the attribution / Stripe- metadata mapping (the placement list confirms the placement exists, not that the mapping landed). For these, the matrix carries a verifyNote: run the read, but report it as partial and tell the customer what actually proves the leg (complete the sandbox checkout end to end; confirm the mapping in the placement's configuration). Never claim "done" from a read that only confirms an adjacent state.

Canonical public URL after publish

Publishing is a two-read URL workflow. publish web or web-placements list may return only a path (webUrl / publishedUrl). The customer-facing URL is:

https://<canonical-domain><publishedUrl>

Determine <canonical-domain> from segmently domains status --project <projectId> first. If the project has an active custom domain, use it. If not, use appUrl from segmently env current. Verify with:

segmently publish verify --project <projectId> --url <publishedUrl> --public-base-url https://<canonical-domain>

Do not guess from api.segmently.ai, app.segmently.ai, or curl probing. For SHOW/acceptance, delegate the composed URL to playwright-bowser and open it in a visible headed browser before taking a screenshot or running a read-only smoke path.

Stripe mode

Default to sandbox/test mode for paywall products and test purchases unless the customer explicitly asks for a production billing setup.
