Comment-Reply Templates (Facebook Page)
Five templates for replying to comments on your Page's posts. Each keeps the Page voice, stays short, and aims to keep the conversation alive (replies in the first hour lift reach). Never auto-posted: Publora has no Facebook comment endpoint, so these come back as copy-paste blocks.

C1 - Answer-the-Question
They asked something. Answer it plainly, add one real detail, stop.
{Direct answer.} {One specific detail that helps.}Example:
Comment: "Are you open Sunday?" Reply: "We are, 8 to 2 on Sundays. Come hungry, the morning batch goes fast."
Why: a fast, specific answer earns goodwill and often a follow-up comment, which deepens the thread the ranker rewards.
C2 - Thank-Plus-Add-Value
They said something positive or useful. Acknowledge briefly, then add a real extra. Never a bare "Thanks!".
{Short genuine acknowledgement.} {One useful or warm extra detail.}Example:
Comment: "Love the new packaging." Reply: "Glad it landed. We switched to it so the loaves stay fresh a day longer, that part was the whole point."
Why: a bare "thanks" ends the thread. Adding a detail invites another reply and shows a human is home.
C3 - Handle-the-Complaint
They are unhappy. Acknowledge first, never get defensive, own what is yours, offer a concrete next step, take details to DM.
{Acknowledge the issue plainly.} {Own it / the next step.} {Offer to take it to a
message.}Example:
Comment: "Waited 30 minutes and my order was wrong." Reply: "That is on us and it is not the experience we want. Can you send us a message with your order number? We will make it right today."
Why: a calm, owning reply in public protects the Page's reputation more than the complaint hurt it. Arguing in the comments does the opposite. Move specifics to DM.
C4 - Turn-It-Into-a-Share
A positive comment is a chance to make the whole thread more shareable. Build on it with a quotable line others will pass on.
{Warm acknowledgement.} {A quotable or surprising line that earns a re-share.}Example:
Comment: "Best sourdough in town." Reply: "That means a lot. The Saturday batch is the one to beat.. ask for it warm and you will see why."
Why: shares are the reach multiplier on a Page. A reply that is itself quotable can get screenshotted and passed on.
C5 - Invite-the-Spotlight
A commenter shares a win or a story. Invite them to be featured. This feeds the FB10 Community Spotlight formula for a future post.
{Genuine reaction to their story.} {Invite to share more / be featured.}Example:
Comment: "Used your planner to launch my whole shop, sold out opening day." Reply: "That is incredible and we want to hear the whole story. Mind if we feature it? Send us a few photos."
Why: it makes the commenter feel seen, often earns more detail, and gives the Page a real spotlight post (FB10) with built-in social proof.
General reply rules
- Short. A few lines, not a paragraph.
- Human voice, not corporate filler ("We appreciate your valued feedback").
- One specific detail beats three generic ones.
- Reply fast: the first hour is when replies lift reach.
- Em dashes capped (a reply is short, so at most one). No AI vocab cluster. Capitalize names.
- These are copy-paste only. Post each reply under the comment in Facebook or Meta Business Suite by hand.
