Domain modes
Use the relevant adjustments, not every template. The user's brief and requested output take precedence over default portfolio structures.
Product or startup
Focus on a concrete user job, the closest substitute, the mechanism that changes an outcome, and a plausible initial offer. Include adoption/procurement, ownership, pricing, and data/trust assumptions where material. Verify current competitor and feasibility claims before presenting differentiation as established.
Research
State a falsifiable hypothesis or discriminating question, why the mechanism is plausible, relevant prior work, instrumentation/data needs, confounders, controls, and first experiment. Distinguish untested predictions from established findings. A literature gap is bounded by the search; absence of a retrieved paper is not proof the idea has never been studied.
Campaign or creative territory
Work from the audience, desired response, cultural context, channel, and available assets. Show the central concept with a few representative executions and risks. Do not invent trend evidence, testimonials, or performance forecasts. Adapt the mechanism to the channel rather than giving every concept the same format.
Naming
When the product concept is settled, stay within it. Explore useful verbal territories such as literal, evocative, metaphorical, or coined names, then compare fit, pronunciation, ambiguity, memorability, and unwanted associations. Check current availability only when relevant and authorised; domain availability alone does not establish trademark clearance. Do not reopen strategy to satisfy a mandatory concept-generation phase.
Process or service
Locate waiting, hand-offs, information loss, exception handling, and who carries risk or effort. Propose a first pilot with a measurable bottleneck and a realistic fallback. An automation that transfers work to an unacknowledged person has not necessarily removed the burden. Preserve accessibility, accountability, and intentional human approval where needed.
