  • 项目愿景（一两句话）
  • 当前状态（版本 + 阶段 + 分支）
  • 已完成阶段摘要表
  • 遗留项 / 下一步方向（- [ ] / - [x]）
  • 进度日志（倒序）

应从项目分析中提取：

  • 项目名称 / README description → 愿景
  • 技术栈和目录结构 → 初始阶段任务规划
  • 已有代码量 → 合理的阶段划分
