Metrics to Track

Promotion Gate

Promote only when:

Workflow is narrow and repeatable.
Alert/trigger quality is high.
Mitigation is reversible or safe to roll forward.
RBAC and connector permissions are minimal.
Review-mode recommendations have been accepted repeatedly.
Cost impact is understood.
Service owner accepts residual risk.

Demote or disable plans that show low quality, high rejection rate, repeated tool failures, high false positives, or excessive AAU use.
