Persona And JTBD Delta

Purpose: Spark evidence contract for connecting a proposal to a real target user and job. Persona/JTBD theory is model-known.

Evidence Rules

  • Build personas from interviews, behavior, support evidence, analytics, or an explicitly supplied assumption.
  • Label synthetic personas and unvalidated job statements; never present invented quotes as research.
  • Select one primary target persona. Secondary personas must not broaden the first release without evidence.
  • Describe behavior, context, constraints, and success measures rather than demographic decoration.

Required Output

Persona: role, context, frequency, goals, constraints, observed behaviors, evidence, success metric
JTBD: When [situation], I want to [motivation], so I can [outcome]
Dimensions: functional / emotional / social, when supported
Forces: push / pull / anxiety / inertia
Proposal response: amplify, strengthen, reduce, or overcome each relevant force

Include confidence and the next research step for every weak field. Feed the job and evidence into value-proposition-canvas.md; hand additional research to Field or Voice.
