Microsoft Advertising creative generation contract
Use this reference for Microsoft Advertising creative planning. Microsoft formats, Copilot or partner inventory, import mappings, copy limits, dimensions, extensions, and account availability change. Verify them from dated official sources and live account evidence; do not assume Microsoft is a dimension-for-dimension Google copy.
Specification gate
For each selected Search, Audience, multimedia, video, retail, native, Copilot, or other placement, record objective, network, geography, eligibility, official source ID, asset fields, dimensions, ratio, file limits, copy limits, destination behavior, and preview result.
Imported Google assets are candidates, not validated Microsoft assets. Reconcile
every mapped and omitted field, policy status, tracking parameter, extension, bid,
budget, URL, and schedule. Missing current evidence is needs_input.
Microsoft-specific review
- Separate Microsoft Search, Audience Network, publisher/partner, and conversational inventory in both specification and reporting.
- Do not apply assumed CPC discounts, audience-age stereotypes, or generic “professional” styling to creative decisions.
- Treat Copilot and other announced or pilot surfaces as unscored discovery until the current account confirms access and exposes auditable reporting.
- Reuse an asset only when its rights, destination, crop, copy, format, and policy state validate for Microsoft. A compatible ratio alone is insufficient.
Output contract
Record concept ID, placement/network, specification source IDs, dimensions, ratio, format, copy, import provenance, checksum, rights, safety review, and previews. The manifest must distinguish reused, transformed, and newly generated assets. Draft generation does not imply a live Microsoft upload or write capability.
